If you have a new wedding date, you can amend this on our website and the balance on your account will remain unchanged. All the details of your account will also remain the same, so when you are ready, you can continue to add to your original list. To amend your occasion date, simply head to 'settings' and change your occasion date under 'Wedding Details.'

We are excited to announce that we are now offering appointments again! Following government guidelines that retails shops can re-open, we have decided to re-open our showrooms by appointment only. Opening by appointment only helps us to keep the number of people in the showrooms to a minimum, protecting both our staff and customers. BUILDING YOUR LIST
Yes, you can absolutely continue to build your gift list with us. You're able to build your list entirely online from the comfort of your home or you can book an appointment to come and visit us in one of our showrooms. You also have the option to use our app.
Our team of Gift Gurus are still ready and available to give you support and advice when creating your dream gift list. You can get in touch with us by phone, online chat, or by dropping us an e-mail.
PLACING & TRACKING ORDERS
Yes! You are still able to place your order via our website or with the help of your Gift Guru. Whilst a lot of our suppliers are still providing deliveries to our warehouse, you may experience delays to our usual lead time of 4-6 weeks. You can track your orders via your online account and we will be doing everything we can to get your gifts to you as speedily as possible.
Prior to reopening our warehouse we have been working hard behind the scenes to put new systems and safety measures into place. We are happy with how this new set-up is working and, most importantly, so are our teams. Deliveries may take a little longer than normal, however we are so excited to be able to deliver your wedding gifts to you again!
